“I spent several Saturdays going store-to-store, trying on dress after dress after dress, but not quite finding “the one”. Every time I tried on a David Tutera for Mon Cheri dress, I could see and feel the difference in quality. When I finally found a dress from another designer that I thought checked all of my boxes, I still wasn’t quite sold on it so I went home and scrolled through the newly released Spring 2016 collection and fell in love with Yalene. I called every shop within a 250 mile radius of Pittsburgh, but since it was a newly released dress, none of them had it available to try on. After carefully scrutinizing the description and consulting with the ladies at my favorite dress shop (Cable Creations, Beaver Falls, PA), I decided to take a risk and order Yalene in champagne/ivory, unseen. I think the ladies at the dress shop were more excited than I was when it arrived months later and it couldn’t have been more perfect! I loved everything–the bow, floral lace, beading, train–it was gorgeous and I felt like a princess on my wedding day! I also wore the David Tutera Embellish Sydney Crystal Ball Necklace, Drop Earrings, and Floral Bracelet in bronze, which perfectly complimented the bronze beading in my dress. Thank you for designing my perfect dress!”
It’s always so fun hearing how a bride found her dream dress and we just love Jessica’s story. We think she looked just as gorgeous as she felt wearing David Tutera for Mon Cheri Yalene (Style No. 116219), a strapless lace a line wedding dress with scalloped neckline and tafetta waistband with back bow and flower motif.
