Artistic, innovative, and avant-garde, is what comes to mind when viewing a cake by Don’t Tell Charles. We first introduced you to them in January of 2016, with their drip cakes, see here. Back then, Don’t Tell Charles was a specialty coffee and dessert house but has since grown exponentially into an industry leading cake studio both in Australia and worldwide. No longer selling coffee, Thao Pham (founder and cake designer) now leads workshops of her designs both in her Melbourne studio and throughout the world. Known for her single tier cakes which she calls skyscrapers, as well as her sharp edged concrete cakes, and watercolor buttercream. What’s that on top of her cakes?
