“I always imagined getting married in this dress; I even drew a picture of it years ago. It was everything I had in mind, elegant and pretty, feminine. I literally felt like a Disney princess for the day. I loved how many layers of tulle it had, and that it had delicate sparkle that faded away towards the bottom. Mia Rose, the boutique I found my dress in, was absolutely lovely and literally so patient when I wanted to go and ‘play dress up’. When I finally tried on my dress, I was so excited and couldn’t wait to show my sister waiting on the other side of the curtain!
The theme was us to a tee….I feel we captured it well. Being half English and half Greek I really wanted to bring the two worlds together. So we had a beautiful Greek ceremony at the Twelve Apostles Church in Hertfordshire. I wanted to capture my favorite season in our wedding day, so we chose spring coloured flowers, dresses and suits. These all complimented one another and added to the romantic fairytale theme for the day.”
