We thought this was an interesting idea and thought we’d share! A necklace that holds your engagement ring or wedding band? Beats stuffing it into your pocket! Ring My Neck was launched in 2009 by Jamie Waller who noticed that her pregnant friends had swollen fingers and couldn’t wear their wedding rings. After doing some research she discovered that 75% of pregnant women suffer from edema beginning in the fifth month of pregnancy. She designed these necklaces for her friends so they could still wear their rings, but close to their hearts instead of on their fingers. She soon found that other women became interested in her designs as well. Women who had professions that didn’t allow them to wear rings, such as surgeons, massage therapists, etc. Or women who remove their rings when gardening, hanging at the beach, making pottery, playing sports, washing dishes or even cleaning. Ring My Neck is not only stylish, it’s also versatile. Your ring can be substituted for one of their personalized monograms or name plate charms when the ring is being worn. Want to see more?
