Rustic weddings come in many different styles. They can take place outside at a farm or ranch, in a barn, by a lake in the woods or in your own backyard. The common design elements tend to be lots of burlap and lace, twinkle lights, mason jars, bales of hay, homemade favors such as jam and simple, sweet flowers such as daisies, sunflowers and baby’s breath. These casual and unpretentious affairs are meant to be laid back where the emphasis is on having a down home, boot stomping good time with friends and family.
