Martin Thornburg on the red carpet of The Knot Gala
Martin Thornburg, head designer of the David Tutera for Mon Cheri collection, was interviewed on the red carpet of The Knot Gala on October 14th at the New York Public Library. The jaw-dropping exhibit included five 12-foot mannequins modeling wedding dress art installations designed by Brian Worley, the world’s largest wedding bell, a delicious menu from Abigail Kirsch, and five different musical acts.
During the interview at this exclusive bridal industry event, Spring 2014 wedding dress style 114276 “Crawley” was featured and described by Martin, who noted its gorgeous Venise lace bodice, stunning sheer back and ruffled layers of Tea Rose organza. Martin also noted that the wedding dress’ cap sleeves offered something different for today’s bride. Find out what Martin’s fashion advice for brides is.
