Sophia Tolli Dress Wins Bridal Buyer Award
Sophia Tolli bridal gown Y2954, Heidi, won Wedding Dress of the Year at the Bridal Buyer Awards on March 15, 2010 in Harrogate, United Kingdom. Sophia Tolli was also a finalist for the Best Bridal Wear Manufacturer category. Now in its ninth year, the Awards recognize design, manufacturing and retail excellence, and attract thousands of entries with categories voted for by brides and grooms. Consumers also voted for the Wedding Dress of the Year Award. The fashion editors of the top British bridal consumer magazines chose their favorite dresses from the finalists of the 2009 bridal wear manufacturer category. These six dresses were displayed at the National Wedding Shows in London and Birmingham where brides were given the chance to vote for their favorite dress and pick the winner for the 2010 award. The Bridal Buyer Awards are organized by Bridal Buyer magazine, the voice of the British bridal wear industry.
